We feel that when jewellery is worn, this interferes with appropriate scrubbing and that, in a few instances, this could lead to palms being inappropriately scrubbed. So, we imagine that jewellery worn beneath the elbows should not be allowed or, in exceptional situations in which rings can't be removed, a lot more focus is presented to scrubbing.r
